A Truely Stunning Car 8)

All credit to it's former owner (now) Daryl, top bloke

Definate result if he got that sort of cash tho, you don't see many e30's going for that sort of buck... 8O

I think it's a good price for how much he's spent on it £40k+

I know theres purists out there that don't think it's wqorth that much because of all the mods.

But as people say it's only worth as much as people will pay for it :D

I was'nt saying it aint worth that.....Like you say its worth what someone will pay for it. Just because he's spent 40k on it though doesnt mean it commands a 21k price tag.

That is the best M3 I have ever seen. I've seen it few times close up and there is no other car like it in my opinion.

I didn't know it was for sale and if I had the cash, it would be mine!

Sad day for Daryl, no wonder he has not been around much of recent.

That is truly one of the best M3s that I know of, really immaculate and tbh that is a cheap price.

Daryl, come on post up, what have you moved onto.....fancy a meet up sometime local to you, I am still just up the road............

It's way overpriced. And it's not original.

IMHO.

Needs to be seen to be appreciated....If I had the money, there would be no hesitation at all winkeye

I can why your saying it's not original, but i've seen a e30 m3 with a e39 m5 lump in it going for £25k 8O
A Mint Evo Sport going for £25k too

Which one do you buy?? All very different cars that all command the same price tag...It don't need to be original to be desirable...

If you had seen this car you would realise why it fetched so much.

High price yes but the best commands a premium.

i agree its overpriced, but if i was looking for one and could afford it i would buy this one purely because i have seen the car, know it and have met the owner, and i know it has been looked after with no expense spared

I would rather a mint low mileage Sport Evolution for the same money, my money would be safe and i wouldn't need to buy a hijab !

to hide his shame at buying the car when the same money would buy a very nice sport evo e30M3 !!

he's only joking of course, so no one should get offended by it.

as for the car being over priced, well it worth what some one is willing to pay fot it.

Hi,

The Car is worth what someone is willing to give, period.

However, I did notice that this car may have had 'Nos' Injection
at sometime, some of the pictures that were shown to advertsie it
confirmed this, so long as the purchasing owner is made aware of
that, then fine, if not then buyer beware !!

Regards,

The Gorilla.

Of topic but I think maybe your overly sensative? perhaps? Funny you seem to mention masks and yet masks are deeply rooted in religious beliefs to, from buddhism to the pagan beliefs. So how is your comment any different apart from its not in the media spotlight at the moment.

Don't even get me started on the role of headgear or hats in religion either.

As for the car very nice and I would if I could afford it. Not this lifetime though. I think alot of people on this site are very subective about vehicle values. What you have to remember is if someone is willing to pay that price then it is worth that (to them at least). I know alot of people who think £2k-£5k for a e30 sport is daylight robbery for a 15 year old + car.

That is the basis of the whole classic car market, some (vey nice) classics fetch more than a new car with 3 year warranty and better mpg, 0-60, options ect, but for those people who buy those cars thats not what they value.

I guess some people will never learn that you can't say anything you like and hide behind the term comedy.

It is offesnive because I find it offensive.

There are a million other ways to say the same thing, more original and funnier ways I might add and given the current climate I would steer clear of lame lout humour for the purposes of actually saying something relevant to this thread.

Talk about Porsches V E30's - there are other forums for the kind of stuff you find 'very funny'.

Royal ratch, you obviously have a sense of humour ,as proved by your attempting to fit ABS to your 318
So why the big deal ? A hijab is a headscarf, so what if its often worn by muslim women, that is irrelevant ,who cares ?
My comment implied that i would need to cover my head with a headscarf/bin bag /hijab etc so that no one would recognize me driving such a "tastefully modified chariot". In using the term hijab, i was making a subtle reference to some of the southall /wembley styling cues. Alas my razor sharp wit and brilliance are wasted on some :(

If anything it was a religous based joke not a racist one.As far as im aware the hijab is worn by muslims which is a religon not a race and tbh if there was a little bit less of this political correct crap we might be able to learn about each others fears and feelings and move on a bit. While im here the comment about there being other forums for the kind of stuff you "find funny" insinuates something much more offensive than the original comment was intended.Just my opinion.
