How best to spend £2/3k?

With a little luck and persuasion, I could be coming into some cash soon... :D

The question is, how do I spend it? I've never had this sort of cash at my disposal before, and my head is telling me to save/invest it for a rainy day... But bollocks to that! I wanna spend it!
Now, do I...

1) Spend it on my car, which at the moment requires LSD, wheels, better brakes/better suspension, leather and preferably an M50 winkeye

Or...

2) Buy another car, and sell what I have...

Or

Suggestions???

I dont know how mint your car is, but if it aint how you'd like it, but a mint e30 and use the leftovers to make your current car into a toy

Single :D

Car aint exactly mint, but the only rust is a tiny bubble on the sunroof, and its starting to go on the rear valance by the towing eye - surprise surprise!
The nearside rear arch could do with blowing over, as it seems it's been poorly sprayed, and just behind front arch needs respraying, but apart from that, its pretty tidy...

I like the sound of turbo, but it just seems like more to go wrong...

Personally I would spend some of it getting the probs sorted on the car and put the rest away, cos you know that if you spend it all, a week later your gearbox or something will go and you will need the cash!

personnally i would sell the motor you have and add that to the fund then purchase an absolutely mint tec 1 or 2 sport that doesnt need anything doing to it all.

Stick it all in an ISA.if you didn't need the money before, you don't need it now, save it until you reeeeeeealy need something. :(

Alternatively you could blow the whole lot in one evening on gambling, hookers and cocaine
