Best tyre size for 16 inch Rim?

Just purchased a 318is

which is running ugly

( in my opinion) 15"alloys with 195/60/15 tyres. I also have in the shed from my previous 320 a set of 16" alloys that I want to put on the Is. These alloys currently have 2 good 205/50/16 Avon Tyres on them. So the question is do I go for the same again with the other 2 or go for 205/45/16 and place them on the front? Probably going to get Toyo's by the way.
All comments welcome

205/50/16s are pretty much perfect in terms of keeping the original dimensions (as with 205/55/15s on BBS). Some people like to go for a lower profile (50s) on the front with 15s, but IMHO it's not necessary on 16s.
That's assuming a 7" or 7.5" rim...

Width 205
Car is sitting on standard 318Is suspension. So I believe M-Tech.
