yes but the poor thing has been fubar'ed. Would be a good car if a normal M3
there are some tools around!
and the 18 year old is going to track it aswell, one to steer clear off!

I know where you guys are coming from but i still think the car looks great. I dont think the guy appreciates what he has as much as he should.

Saw this yesterday, bit godsmacked.
But saying that, was in a local dealers in N Devon on sat ordering a part and out back was a Sport Evo having just had a fuild replacement.
Beautiful, made my day. In fantastic condition!!!
That car had just been bought and the new owner would have been in early 20's.
Very jealous.

Totally agree, some of it's original wow factor has gone, but it still has the heart of a evo sport. He needs to respray it Brilliant Red again and drop the original bbs on there...

Does it really matter how much the car is worth? He's done what he's done to it for himself, not for anybody else, not for the value of it, not to keep it standard, but for his own use. And if he decides to track it then good for him! Is the track not what these cars are all about?
Im sure that if he wanted an M3 as it came from the factory and to retain as much value as possible that he wouldnt of bought this re-shell in the first place! He'd of bought one in an air tight bag with about 3 miles on the clock

Argos wrote:Well said. The black standard car in the link above was my own car 3-4 years ago. It had been restored by pacerpete and I was too scared to use it - pointless owning it so it went.
I think I used it about 5 times in all in a year. there was always something dog rough but fast to drive instead!

Probably why i never saw it about then

I love cars like this. It gets the sad tossers who believe a car should be kept 100% original soo worked up.

Even funnier that people believe he shouldn't take it on track or do WHAT HE WANTS with HIS car.
Theres nothing on that car that makes it look ridiculous or makes it look like a Max Power cover car. Its all in keeping with the original car, just subtle mods.
I love the action photography too.
