E30 Zone

Did a hell of alot of driving today and damn it was hot in my e30.
Dont know wether it cos i have no carpet fitted at the momen or mabie a problem or mabie just because car is black but the heat coming from the tranmission tunel/gearbox area was scorchio.
You couldnt hold you hand on there for more than a minute, noticed this the other day when it was hot aswell.
I realise its was a very hot day but this did seem abit exessive, anyone had this aswell?
You could have cooked a fry up in there!

went down to the coast today and to be fair there the traffic was so bad there was not much chance of caining it.
6 branch is deffo getting more bass though

we went down to brighton and had a cruize down the beach front.
Saw a mint black tech 2 with black and chrome bbs and oldskool scorpion like yours si.
he passed me the i passed him, give him a nod and got one back then bumped into him again on the m23/m25 on the way home and got a wave again.
he was giving it some stick aswell, looked/sounded as if it was running very well. no idea if he was a zooner or not, had my zone skickers on so who knows, might get a new member

Deffo more power there but its all after 4k.
i have to drive the car a bit differently to go very quickly as there a bit of a loss in power lower in the revs.
once you get past 4k though gotta change gear very quickly as the redline comes alot quicker. short shift deffo on the cards now.
Sounds awsome though, loud and beefy as well different

Mate i know what u mean with a hot car, i left mine in the sun for a couple of hours with th eroof down and when i got back in the car i couldnt sit on the leather, it was like a hobb surface, I had to put a jacket on the chair till it cooled down mind u my bitch did burn her legs on the leather and she moane dall the way home

meant to ask Oguz, have u put the ITG filter on yet, mine's made alot of difference im shocked with it to be honest.

yea put the itg on the other week and does seem to have made a differnce.
most of my interior and spare was back in not long before i put the itg and 6 branch on.
id become so used to running the car with no interior and spare i think i need to strip it back down to really guage the difference.
if that makes any sence

u'd kick me mate I went to B&Q a few years back and bought myself a aircon unit i have a fridge for a Bedroom
