music for your e30?

right ok, just thought i would see what e30 drivers are listening to while driveing. i was comeing back from work this morning, 5th gear, mpg gauge was on 50, 45mph the sun was just riseing, window open and im listening to dire straits ''sultans of swing'' through the clarion and original pioneer speakers. it dosent get any better than that. what do you listen to?

I have an ipod with ove 24,000 songs from 50cent to Justin Timberlake so i have lots of choice

i also have an ipod plugged in with about 1000 songs everything from hardcore to madonna this morning was cream ibiza classics

dire straits=top band!
I often get comments that i'm psychotic with regards to music.
My cd's generally chop and change from nina simone->pantera->the corries->The haunted etc
its a bit mad tbh but it suits me!

Im usually found listening to some compilation of anything from The Jam, Stranglers, The doors, The Clash and maybe even a bit of David Soul just as the sun goes down!!!

I thought it was just me that that was an old man in disguise! Im a big fan! Makes the hairs stand up up the back of yer neck.

10 CD MP3 changer so whatever it fancies!
Also stick a CD in the head unit when I wanna decide - currently in the car are some Bowie (Ziggy of course & others!), Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Lou Reed, Stone Roses, Chilis...

lol, you gotta love dire straits, money for nothing, what a track. i love the old stuff, its really suited to the e30. the clarion is also a mp3/wma player but it takes a little too long for my likeing between tracks.

i love the busta rhymes track touch it(video version) papoose does a great pice in it, i have a very weird taste in music, everything from elo to busta from busta to mj.

his fave song is actually cherry oh baby by UB40, it always calmed him down in the early days, and now he dances to it! (he's 13 months old, he doesnt know any better!)

With mine being a cab plus having urethane engine plus gearbox mounts you cant hear the radio.

I had that problem with my cab the raod noise etc, then i done my install now it as clear witht the down as it is with it up

Moyles on the way to work,Chris Evans on the way home. Radio 1 Evening Session if I'm in the car between 7 & 9. Jonathon Ross on a Saturday morning/lunchtime. Any other time some sort of guitar based indie rock off the ipod. 60s classics Dylan, Led Zep, Hendrix, Cream etc to my current faves The Cooper Temple Clause and The Boxer Rebellion.

Do you like the Naked Music stuff too?
I've been listening to a lot of electro/techno (esp. Legowelt) in the e30 recently
Also ripped all the radio stations out of GTA Vice City to mp3, good for a laugh getting into the 80's vibe, cruising in a white car
