The saloon was sprayed by myself on saturday, I just need to weld the engine bay and prep that for the 2.0l XE which will be going in there. Most of you prob hate novas but well, there fun little cars even more so with a bigger engine Very Happy

Anyway, im 24 from bolton, Grt manchester. I'm going buying a Bmw E30 316 tomorrow. I've always loved the e30 but have no idea about them at all.

Well thats me and hello (oh, please dont slate me for owning a nova or if i have posted in the wrong section)

Hello Your nova looks ok I dont like them when they have crap body kits on them but the striped out race look is ok. How old is the e30. Have you any plans for it.

nowt wrong with novas so long as they're done properly like yours.

Pesky little things Novas with red tops, shame many bigger powerful cars down the 1/4.

Well the e30 popped up at £150, and i've just got rid of a poo corsa which had a 1600 engine in there from a nova gsi. That surprised a few people as well.

Anyway's Plan's for the E30, to be honest. I've only ever driven my mums e36 318LS so i'm not sure if i will like it or not. I'm used to Smaller cars to be honest, although i did own a Vectra Supertouring for a short time, but i fell out with that as the Head gasket went and i had to change it on my drive in winter :x

If i end up keeping it, no doubt it would be treated to a full re-spray and some nice deep dish wheel's and lowered till it sits right. styling wise maybe a subtle look of the e30 M3 would go down a treat but im just dreaming now. If the shell is solid and i really get into them the engine is going to have to go. lol

Welcome to the zone, your nova looks cool, we never got those cars here in SA, we do get the Corsa thou. Anyway, good luck with the 316i. There are alot of cars on here you can get ideas to style your BM.
Cheers
