Did anyone see wheeler dealers on sky ages ago, The programme with mike brewer. The one where they did a 325i touring up, Just wondered who the guy showing his mint touring off was, it was silver i think and i think he was welsh. Just wondered because he mentioned e30 zone.

I've got that episode on my PC, the owner was indeed a zoner
Notice that Mike Brewer and Ed China fitted a standard exhaust system from ECP then claimed it was a stainless performance exhaust when selling it
Cheers,

I really like that programme, but there is one thing that bugs me...
he only ever makes a pretty small profit and the maths he does to show the profit are not including any labour by good old Ed. If labour or at least the costs of the upkeep on his workshop were factored in, then they'd never see a profit
Brewer does spout some proper porkies sometimes when flogging the cars

Chris,
Is a very unpleasent story and makes my blood boil just thinking about. And it's still not finished.
It's lasted 5 months. And the Police, DVLA and County Court, have been involved.
And this is not my doing. Very messy and between two zone regular's.
At the end of the day its an old BMW.
Honesty and Trust should come into any purchase between zoners.
Unfortunetly this didn't happen.
Buy me a coffee at Ferrybridge and I will tell you all about it.
Cheers Gareth.

I really dont know where it would get us all, if I told my story.
It would probably turn into a slanging match and go of subject very quickly.
The other zoner doesn't post on here anymore.
Maybe that tells you something.
I would however check if I was him to see!.

Poor Gazza found out that the car was fake just like his Msport. Quick, where's the Msport Police
If the other Zoner doesn't post here anymore then it's not going to turn into a slanging match is it mate, so come on spill the beans

Gazza.. i can understand where your coming from. Same thing happened to me.. I still got it. In 2 minds whether to fix it up or do a 2.7 and keep it, or just flog it and start afresh. (2.7 is looking good.. Gonna try building it myself!

)
The seller doesnt post on here anymore, but it was the same scenario.. You thinkyou'd be able to trust zoners, but obviously not.
