Stripped out and MOT time

Well, it's not MOT time yet, not for another 10 months, but I am interested to know what I will need to ensure I have when it comes to MOT time.
I obviously know the usual things, IE they check seat belt tensioners, fixings, tyres, brakes, structure, bushes, lights, cv joints, steering rack, exhaust, emissions, blah blah blah as we all know the list goes on. But, I've never taken a stripped out car in for an MOT.
The car has had everything removed from the boot, so no spare wheel to check or tool kit, the rear is totally stripped inside, no seat belts, cards, carpet, shelf seats etc, and all carpet / sound deadening from the front, along with the glove box, footwell cards, etc etc. I've also put two bucket seats in, with a non stamped custom subframe on each. Of course the wires / loom is trailing accross the floor etc as well as there being a substancial amount of bare metal in the car.
What I would like to know is your experiences of taking your stripped car in for an MOT is? Will the examiner check the seats for safety stamp, will he want to check the mountings / subframe, will I get bollocked for the lack of back seats and belts although no one can really sit in there, will I get screwed for not having a spare? Do you generally tidy up the inside and put bits back in for MOT time? or leave it as it is? etc etc.
Cheers!
