Well, there I was, off to London for a site inspection this morning. Turned right one road too early, and went round the block, only to find myself face to face with Bootymans 'other' cabriolet!!!. 8O I have to say it looks great in the flesh!!

i would have taken a photo, as i had the works camera, but I thought it was a bit out of order without askin!

Great car man!

Ha, ha. Did you see how dirty it was? I havent driven it for about 2 months now and it's just been sitting there. I'm going to get a new battery for her and start driving her wen the sun starts to come out a bit. No point in spending all that money on her and not driving her

It did look like it had been sat there for a while!! How the hell do you get over speed bumps with the front end that low??? 8O

I was kinda hoping you might see me having a look and come out so I could see under the bonnet and stuff, but i will just have to come to one of the shows or somthing :D

How on earth do you manage to end up with two of those things though? :)

It is rather low on the front. You learn how to get over humps with time. I always approach them slightly side on so one of my wheels hits the hump first. That in turn lifts up the front of the bumper and you can slowly get over the hump. It needs a new battery now as the old one would be very, very dead. I'm a little worried about the power hood, cause those things are so temprimental, espacially if they are not used for a while.

Yes Gazza, that car was an original M-sport in the blue with grey bubble leather. I wish i hadn't bothered to spend all that money doing her up either, but it's done now so not much i can do about it mate. If i could go back, i would have left it with the M-tech 2 kit and just slammed her with some fat deep dish rims too, but i cant go back so i'll just have to learn from my mistakes (Not that she's a mistake) What i'm saying is, that i would have saved the Ԛ£'s i've spent doing her up and done something else with it.

Cheers CiLK

Bootyman,

Good article in that porn/car magazine. Couldn't bring myself to buy it!. Just opened the silly pack in Tesco's, had a good read and put it back.

Spotted one thing, what you doing with your front Fog lights. Is there a light that fits your body kit?.

Cheers Gareth.

Kam you have been away for a whilehavent you mate?? That blue one is now the orangey/red/copper one mate. It;s in this months Max P mag starting from page 158 so go check it out. It was also in last months PBMW mag.

Gazza well spotted. The Rieger front bumper doesnt allow for fogs and i wanted one at any cost, so that was the only way we could get away with it. Did you also notice 2 cardboard cutouts behind the fron mesh? (Porbably more apparent in the PBMW mag) We put them behind the mesh to hold it in place whilst the seal bonded, but forgot to take them out, so it's been there at all the shows and photo shoots i've done
