You need a really good old fashoned metal work place. Theres a guy down the road from me who restores old trucks from the 30's-50's and does all his own body work, making louvres etc but he is normally working in alloy which is much easier.
I would suggest buying some panels from B&Q (they are usually stainless) and welding them i to the bonnet, the time taken to do this really well would still be less than forming them by hand, unless you have a go at doing them by hand? Hows your metal work?
To keep the V12 cool I assume?

hi its not for the v12 but the turbo tourer it needs vents but dont want to weld a set in as on the long term the filler will crack so thats why i want to get them stamped in .

bugger!! I would keep trying, as if they have shut down its unlikely that their website would still be up?
anyway thats the only company i know of... maybe a trip to the newsagents is in order and buy a copy of max power or something.
good luck.

Try Custom Car/Street Machine mags. Hot rodders always love a bit of louvre!

Do them your self, it's not that difficult, just really time consuming, having said that I've only ever done them in aluminium sheet.

Just cut a hole dips
It looks like my snail is gonna roast the bonnet, so I may be having a vent myself, if I do, angle grinder and some tlc should be fine
How is the white tourer?? Aint seen that for a while?
Mark.
