how many L reg tourings there are in the uk?

Nothing wrong with having an E reg, it all depends on the condition these days doesn't it?
I quite fancy an E30 plate for my cab which also "happens" to be on an L plate so I'm no snob

But my F plate 325's got less rust and more power

Right what's all the regs mean anyway?
I'm Canadian and we don't have anythin like this. Anyone care to explain what's the diff between L reg vs E reg?

e reg = 1987
L reg = 1993
e.f.g.h.j.k.l (didn't list certian letters since too close to numbers i.e. o, i)

The Letter is the year the car was registered......
well the systems changed now but all e30 are on the old system,
L reg is 1st August 1993-31st July 1994
E Reg is 1st August 1987-31st July 1988
You can work out the most the others,, (just dont include, I, O, Z, Q, U)
