Had a k&n on mine, the rubbish plastic mounting bracket went brittle and snapped due to the engine heat.

Opted for a pipercross and am very pleased with it. For a little while, I never knew the K&N was broken off. Called K&N moaned, they wouldn't do anything without a proof of purchase (like I'm gonna have a receipt for 2 years!!).

So I replaced it with an all aluminium (I think) pipercross job. Immediately noticed a difference with the response of the car. Sweet sweet noise too. Worth it if you are serious about an induction kit. I know alot of people on here don't particularly like them. Some zoners have built very impressive heat shields. That'll be my next job I think!!!

Pipercross is one of the better ones out there in terms of the way its built.

ITG one is better though due to the integrated trumpet.

Panel filters - dont do much other than save you having to get a new filter everytime it gets dirty.
