sport on log book?

do all sports have to have "sport " on the log book. i've been offered one that hasn't but from what i can tell its defo a sport? any ideas?

look on the service book, this is a good sign. Alot don't have sport on the log book. My old one did
or go to bmw with the reg/chassis no. and they will tell for sure

Have to agree mine says sport on the logbook
but best to be sure vin at bmw and its always good as you have a bit more info on the car..... equipment etc air con' leather' cruise'

well its defintely got a lsd according to a mate of mine. its got sports leather and a m-tech 2 kit. didnt think air con and cruise were sport specific. pics to follow

they wernt, but i think he meant thart they will tell you the original spec, so you no what has been added removed in its history..
