BMW racing game incl e30m3s coming soon!!!

a group on the web who take pc games that exist and "mod" them are developing a mod for an EA sports game,formula 1
they will use the engine of the game and overlay with bmws.from 70s,80s,90s etc
you will just have to apply the mod to the game
its 40% complete at the minute but there are to be m635csi,2002 turbos etc and the e30 m3
heres a screen shot.if i hear more ill let you know
game is to be called BMW UNLEASHED

i have no idea about handling but i would guess so
yes it will only be pc based as it will be patches or a full installer that overlays the original and this is far easier on pc based games where directory of files are so easy to access
this work is not done by EA
its done by guys off the net who mod loads of games

Someone should do an E30 type mod to the mighty Live For Speed. The XR GT on the game has specs very, very similar to a 318is in my opinion. Eg weight of 1200 odd KG, 1.8 litre 16v inline 4 with approx 140bhp and obviously RWD with the option of open diff or clutch pack LSD.

Yeah I posted that here a while ago, dunno if they're still working on it though?
A lot of these mods get half done then left, and I doubt anyones making mods for the EA f1 games anymore anyway
ISI who programed those have since released r-factor which has improved physics/game engine and is designed especially for modding.
If it does come out I'd expect it to be for that.
Anyway the next big thing in racing games/realism is going to be

Netkar pro looks good but they HAVE to have some sort of road car in it.....

I'd rather be driving proper racing cars I never get the chance to in real life.
Its going to be all formula cars AFAIK
The original (free) netKar has some saloons
