Looks sweet. Is it much faster than the sport and more importantly does it handle much better?

Nice on Simon; joined the Alpina snobs, good man.
BTW those side-skirts are Alpinas, same as mine (I think you mentioned them in the other thread).
What interior has it got?

it's a bit of a wierd spec.
cloth sport seats which are in good condition no holes or rips, started life with windy windows and leccy sunroof. Has after market electric windows now

, drivers doesn't work! passenger side is very slow! 12 button OBC thats it really.
Alpina is written on the instruments but no orange needles.
The sticker on the drivers side for tyre pressures is even a green alpina one!
i quite like the red calipers.
i deffo want to add some silver alpina stripes. It needs a new front spoiler theres a fair bit of plating and fibreglass holding it together!
Yes it's alot faster than a 325i has alot more grunt at lower revs it just picks up and goes!
It has the fatter rear roll bar, but i think the front is a standard size. U can tell it has a thicker bar. The suspension is Alpina stuff and is stiff but the ride alot better than my sport.
I also want to maybe get those tail pipes cut to a slash cut style until i fit something else. looks a bit chav as it is
Shouldn't the boot spoiler just be a plain rubber item and not sprayed?

the body is odd, m-tech 2 front bumber, obviously alpina lower, tech 1 sides and tech 1 rear spoiler by the looks of it??

the skirts and boot spoiler are alpina ones, they look just like m-tech stuff.
No one is really sure about the m-tech 2 front bumper, it looks as if it's been on a long time if not from new. Who knows

WINDY WINDOWS BUT ELECCY SUNROOF??......WEIRD INNIT.
SURELY YOUD USE THE WINDOWS MORE OFTEN AND THEREFORE WOULD LIKE THEM TO BE ELECTRIC.
Alpina is written on the instruments but no orange needles.
IVE HAD 3 ALPINAS NOW (1 OF WHICH I DONT OWN) - NONE HAVE HAD THE ORANGE NEEDLES BUT ALPINA WRITTEN ON THE DIALS.
The sticker on the drivers side for tyre pressures is even a green alpina one!
ONLY THE REAL ONES HAVE THOSE!...WHEN YOUR ASKED IF ITS A REAL ONE JUST OPEN THE DOOR AND SHOW EM THE GREEN STICKER AND WATCH EVERYONE DRIBBLE!
i quite like the red calipers.
YOU TART! PAINT THEM GREY OR BLACK.....PLEASE!
i deffo want to add some silver alpina stripes. It needs a new front spoiler theres a fair bit of plating and fibreglass holding it together!
I DONT THINK THE BLACK CARS CAME WITH SILVER STRIPES - GOLD MAYBE? DONT BOTHER BUYING A NEW FRONT SPOILER - YOU'LL ONLY BREAK IT.
Yes it's alot faster than a 325i has alot more grunt at lower revs it just picks up and goes!
THERE SHOULD BE A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE OVER A 325I. THIS IS REALLY FELT AT THE BOTTOM END. TOP END POWER SHOULD BE ALOT MORE ASWELL. 3RD GEAR IS EVIL!
It has the fatter rear roll bar, but i think the front is a standard size. U can tell it has a thicker bar. The suspension is Alpina stuff and is stiff but the ride alot better than my sport.
HAVE YOU MEASURED THE BARS? ALPINA SUSPENSION IS VERY STIFF.
I also want to maybe get those tail pipes cut to a slash cut style until i fit something else. looks a bit chav as it is
NOTHING WRONG WITH DTM!
Shouldn't the boot spoiler just be a plain rubber item and not sprayed?
BOTH OF THE ALPINA'S IVE HAD HAVE HAD THE WHOLE THING SPRAYED FROM FACTORY SO I GUESS THATS THE WAY IT IS.

yes si as jonb says get rid of those alpina rondal badges, they suck and are non genuine...go back to normal bmw badges as it shud be!!!!!!
silver stripes will look cool on black.
i have noticed only the very early C2`s came with red needles but bearing in mind most were handpainted by sytners, its pot luck if they came with or without.

i've got red needles so i'm going to put those in cos i like them. Yes it has an ebay special alpina badge. the one on the rear is a bonnet badge! but bmw at least.
it was on ebay in Blandford, Dorset. It's been in Mr.WLN's hands for over a year in his lockup sitting there

it was up for Ԛ£4250, i've given Ԛ£3750 for it with a years ticket, 6 branch alpina manifold in the boot to go on and a new rear panel to replace the existing as it's rusting around the towing eye.
I think it was a good price, car is no minter and needs money spending on it. A good grand at the body work. Plus i need to investigate and see how well the engine was rebuilt. If it's been done well bonus, but i'm suspecting it was an average job

Any car with Alpina wheels fitted from a dealer has this. My 535i Sport has it, and several other Alpina stickers under the bonnet, but, it's not a B10 as far as I can find out. Even though it's got an Alpina cam, exhaust manifold and so on.
They were fitted during an engine rebuild a year and a bit ago (which dealer receipts to prove). The wheels however, were fitted when it was new, hence the stickerage.
Or maybe it is a genuine Alpina.

Makes sense really, as the standard tyre pressure plaque is for the standard sized wheels, and wouldn't be valid for a car with larger wheels.
Well spotted!
