M20 throttle body bearings advice

Engine is idling high so did a smoke test to locate leak. Its coming from the throttle body central shaft. I suspect the bearing seals are dry and need replacing. Im in a region where all second hand TBs will be similar, being over 30 years old and baked to death in the sun so I am looking at replacing just the bearings.

A Youtube video discussed this topic and a screen grab showed the bearings needed were INA HK0812-2RS (drawn cup needle bearings). I have ordered two and plan on doing the replacement when they arrive. Just checking if anyone else has done this job and if there is anything I should be looking out for (other than marking the throttle springs so they are replaced with the correct tension).

Is there a way of getting the old bearings out without a special baring puller or is it best to send to a machine shop?
