Hello All

I came onto this forum about 8 years ago in search of my Dad’s 1986 BMW 325i which was my very first memory of a car and probably what started my obsession with BMW.

I wasnt able to locate it in 2015 bar a sighting by somebody on a Facebook group of it up in Scotland on the east coast.

I can see it hasn’t been MOTD since 2018 but looks to have had a new log book last summer and is SORN.

It was malachite green with a grey interior and manual.

My dad and I would love to find it one day. He’s in his mid 80s now so time is not on our side but i thought I’d come on here and have another go.

I’ll post a photo if I find One.

Thanks All

Niko

Well it looks like it survived the moredoor cull of the turn of the century so it is doing well and likely been looked after.

Have you tried the Zone facebook page too? there are quite a few muppets on there so be prepared but more eyes. Fair few people been successful in getting old cars back last couple of years so it is possible.

Good luck with the hunt.

Thanks pal.

I don’t actually have FB anymore - gave up on it a few years ago as it seemed to be full of adverts and very very strange posts!

The Faceache group bares virtualy no cross over to this forum so expect a different breed of people if you do venture there. That said it is slightly faster paced than the forum so you 'may' come accross it a little quicker.

Well worth signing up and joining as many UK E30 groups as most people are on there and look at the groups daily
