Sunroof

As sunroofs have become NLA I decided to have had a go at doing a refub on one, first splitting the frame and lid by drilling out the spot welds around the edge.
Discarded the top as it was beyond repair, de rust and patch frame.
1mm new sheet of steel £20 for the lid. the bending of the lid around the edge to mate with the frame is the hardest part, then spot weld the two edges.
give it a coat of paint and then added my home made edge trim total cost for all the parts £30.
