So I want to get my wings and front valance painted soon
They are a replacement so no colour on yet

Do they usually get painted on or off the car?

Off the car would be the way to go, any panel or part that is removable usually gets taken off and sprayed.

Some people do mask and spray things on the car but it's not ideal.

Definitely paint them off the car, but depending on the level of finish required the wings should be fitted, have the joint to scuttle sealed and then painted over
