On the Harry's Garage thread near the end. My dad would have loved one of the frogeye sprites.

6794 miles, mine is just the same only with another 195,000 miles on it, I suppose that would knock a quid or so off the value?

It will still get a rusty sunroof like all the rest unless they strip it out and paint it unless it lives in a dehumidified bubble.

£50k is a lot of money for any car - new or old. However it is a very, very nice example. I was thinking is it worth approximately 10 x the value of my car? Is it it 10 x better than my car......absolutely!

So, what are the thoughts on what will happen with this car. Will in be stored so that the condition and mileage is preserved or do you think the new owner will actually drive it?

Well I don't think I'd use a mint example as a daily driver because very soon it would be in the condition of a car you could have bought for 10th of the price.
There are still enough of them around to get one, fix it up as a good driver and drive the hell out of it.
