E30 Zone

Hi

I have a e30 320 convertible K reg and want to put a genuine tech 2 kit on which one will fit a 3rd coupe or do I have to buy a mtech 2 kit designed for the convertibles

The cabrio needs specific side skirts - rest of the kit fits fine

so front bumper, front valance , rear bumper is all the same

just the side pods I have to find the cabroilet ones

No - the side pods are fine. It’s the side skirt on the bottom which you need specific cabrio parts

.... although I believe saloon skirts can be butchered to fit a convertible.

I have a genuine M-tech2 kit for sale minus front top bumper.

you will never find original cabby tech 2 skirts .... everyone wants them so if you do find some they will priced accordingly .

They're available brand new on BMW Classic for €322 per side if you're feeling flush
