Welcome to the revamped E30 Zone

Welcome back or if you're a new member welcome to the E30 Zone.
Sorry the revamp took a little long that expected, well about 15 years
but it's done and it's great to be back.
So what has changed? Well what hasn't !
We have a brand new forum and theme with the much needed photo attachment feature and now you can upload photo straight to the forum from any device, so you can be at a show take photos and instantly upload them to a post or thread.
For the first time in Zone history the forum is now public to view, you no longer need to login to view it but that's all you can do, to use all the new features and post you will still need to login / register.
The forum will also automatically embed a host of media platforms YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.. just by posting a link or by highlighting the link an clicking on the monitor icon in post menu. The search function has also been upgraded and now works as it should and it's quick !
We have also added a 'build thread / restoration forum' where you can upload and log your project for evermore without being held to ransom by photo hosting sites. I think this is one of our biggest advantages over Facebook, and who doesn't love a good build thread, right? The old Member's E30 forum will be used as a showroom just show off your E30.
Please also check the new UCP (User Control Panel) and new PM page for a host of new features.
The Homepage has also been redone, although not filled with as content much as I would have liked to started with, I wanted to get the forum up and running first, also I managed to delete a lot of content I had already made, DoH ! We will build on this as we go along. The content will be filled with member's cars, shows, meets & event and videos, articles etc... You can still keep track of latest forum posts from here. I did also build a Facebook latest E30 Zone group posts, which worked great until Facebook decided block this function for all groups !!
The E30 Wiki has been updated to latest version and has a new theme to fit in with rest of the site. I know that some of the information is out of date and we will be taking on people to get this updated.
The new hompage and forum are fully responsive, so matter what device you are viewing the site on it will adapt to work with any device, no need for taptalk.
We also have a brand new server to cope with photo hosting and the masses of traffic that will be come our way
, We have enough drive space, bandwidth processing power to last us for many years to come. You will also notice that the site is secured by SSL so the whole Zone is now encrypted.

I've tried to keep the Zone feel in the new design and I hope I have succeed.
