E30 Zone

Been looking over my F reg 325i sport very closely today ready to start the restore. However after stripping interior and boot out, i've found that both the rear inner wings are shot, especially the off-side. I stuck my finger through it!!!
What would be the best way to repair? Is it a real pain? I think that both outer wings would need to be cut? and I don't think BMW make them anymore?
The rest of the car is OK, and i'm going to get her resprayed anyway. My grandfather in law has many years welding experience, and woulg gladly help so I might need to get him a few beers!!!
Any thought's/experiences much appreicated!
