Anybody have the mounting measurements for these? Picked up a genuine set and hoping to find a pdf of the instructions/measurements before I drill into the chassis.
Thanks.

Sorry, can't answer your question. I've never seen one of those, do you have other photos? Is the bumper visible from the wheel arch?

Commonly known as spats.

They are in the brochure as part number 4100153 up to '87 for the chromie. Don't think there was a facelift equivalent.
I took them off mine and put mudflaps on did a much better job, so long ago though I cant remember the mounting
Only thing I can think of is ping Alpina a message directly. They have been quite helpful with some of my bits. Some of it is just old photocopied instructions but that is all they had back then anyway

Wow, never seen these before, I wonder if the Bentley has them listed?

Not likely, they’re Alpina specific.

thanks all, these are Alpina specific parts so I may try the Alpina route.
The set I have are part numbers 4100151 and 4100152, supposedly cabrio specific.

i've posted on alpina forum but i've worked out the diffrence, cabs use facelift rear arches regardless if they are chrome bumper car or not.
The depth and shape of the rear arches between facelift and pre is slightly different

These are something I've long considered fitting to my chromie, not so keen on the idea if drilling is required to fit them though.

I think if you go down the stainless route and give the body real protection which is avaliable now , then you should be fine.
Mart.

There's no circumstance that's going to get me drilling/screwing into mint original arches.
