is this worth it?

Firstly sorry to ask if this e36 is worth the asking price but I know that this is one of the best places to ask even if it's not an e30. See link below on E-bay italy for the e36, 320 cabrio with hardtop and LPG asking Ԛ£5,500 now.

Only doubts I have are that there are no pics of soft top (seller says its too much hassle to talk of soft top), drivers seat looks warn for 90,000 km and engine bay looks very dusty.
