guys I found this picture below. that's me in 93 I think in Germany with my dad with his E30 which I didn't know about until recently.
does anyone on here know what kind of E30 that might have been? are them alloys Hartge??

Looks like a Tech 1 Sport (pre 1988) with Recaro seats. Wheels aren't Hartge, some kind of aftermarket set.

Your Dad has very good taste, that's a smart looking e30 there.
circa 1993 my Dad was cruising about in a Austin Maestro if i remember right.

The seats as mentioned are recaro LS and were an option on pretty much all 2dr and 4dr E30's.
Body kit looks to be Zender.
Wheels are some kind of period aftermarket items.

Agreed. I had a very similar looking Zender kit on a 1988 Mercedes 190E.
What appear to be rear disc brakes would suggest it's a 323i or 325i.
