Hey guys long time no see hows everyone been???? yes the title is true some no good F**Ker has run into the back of my ride and its completely written off!! i am looking for another one but i havent yet got the money through to buy one yet. i want another one cause i love them but i dont know how much i will get well if you have any around in v.good nick or ok condition pm me or e-mail me @ Dcratchley@btinternet.com and let me know had a browse over for sale cars but not many 318 318i's there anyway i will end the post now as i am just waffling on speak to you all soon

Sorry bob but when i car rams you at 55mph and your in a stationary position what else is gonna happen to my neck nothing i think not my head hit my head rest with th speed of atleast 25mph so the reports from police and paramedics say! you hit your head against a beemers head rest of 86 reg it will f**kin hurt i tell ya!

Didnt mean to sound harsh but e30's are written off for hardly any damage these days so for all I know was it was a 15mph impact? I'm sick of people claiming for whiplash and telling everyone their fine this country is a POS! No offence meant mate

none taken bob but these days you get s.f.a for a car you love and cherish most e30's as close to standard all sell with a value of 1k give or take but what do the insurance pay book price! which you couldnt really get another realiable car with unless your a garage dealer, so to get another car u have to get a loan then end yourself up in debt get made bankrupt and the tax payer ends up paying all your bills off! so either end somebody gets stung.

I sympathise with you.. I got rear ended while stopped at a roundabout. Still suffer with neck pain, though I did get a modest payment to get some physio with.

I have a 318i, but I am a bit far from you.

If you still have your car, clean it out polish her up (engine bay to if you have time. get her looking mint as poss for when the insurance guy comes along.

Dont accept their first offer.

Get examples from the paper, autotrader etc to show what these cars fetch. Ask to speak to their boss if you aint happy with their offer.

they should offer you a better price.

then cross your fingers and wait for the cheque!!
