Couldn't control the urge to be back in an E30 so, went out and bought a Tec 1 sport in Diamond Black, bit of work needed to bring her up to scratch but nothing magour.

Zaust has posted up a thread about a mini meet of the sisters - mines the one with the black centered BBS's on.

Well - well - well chuffed to be back all proper and every thing as Sarah was starting to pick on me.

Neil.

No mods as of yet planned apart from what Marc's posted up - got to start saving rather than spending

Ryan - Buy you a drink if you can get him in touch with me??? in need of a tec 1 kit for the Baur asap.

Cheers, Neil.

I know what mean, the rust on the roof of mine is getting bad and i know the only way to stop it is to cut it right out and have plates welded in

PM Marc (Zaust) and have a chat with him mate - you wont regret it and i bet i've got more welding to be done to mine than yours LOL.

Marc, ROFL mate - if i wasn't letting it go to "Telski" , i would of taken it into work and bolted it to the top of my Artic unit LOL.

Cheers Nelly, i might wait till the Ace meet to chat with you Zaust if thats ok, id prefer to talk in person and you can see the car in the flesh, might be a bit dark though.
Ive owned my sport for 2 and a half years now, it ows me alot but its worth it. I cant see me changing for at least another 2 years, unless i win the the lottery winkeye
I wouldnt mind getting the body kit off to see how bad things are behind the kit before i decide what to do :?

Took the front bumper+spoiler off mine today - would you believe me if i said it was like new under neath? These have alot less issues than their younger sisters the tec 2's when it comes to rust around and under the kit.

Thats good news dude, sounds promising, it was the side skirts i was more worried about but i guess if this was a real problem it would have come up in the last recent mot.
On the up side ive seen mine up on ramps many times and its near mint underneth, just 2 patches of rust.
Jacking points have seen better days but to be expected for age of the car!
Well looking forward to Ace and meeting you guys and cheching out some other tech1s and E30s

the kit on the tech 1 dosent seem to hold water like the the tech 2 it seems to be other places like the boot and front turrets and sunroof.
