The LS is not perhaps,,, it IS THE BEST ENGINE ::: EVER MADE:::

and i dont give a flying f_ck if it is a US based V8 pushrod engine,,, it is cheap,, VERY COMPACT,, stunning power and will smoke every EURO engine away in all possible ways,,, its available in stock form from 4.8 -7.0 L ,, so many variations can be bought

have ONLY ..1 camshaft.. and 2 valves,, can be revved a lot and be tuned to amazing power for just a tiny vs all EU V8 performance cost

i dont get it when folks are talking so negative and thinking how ,,purist,, the are,,

it is an engine and thats it,, and it is that engine that have been put in most car ,, EVER,, i think it is easier to google,, what car this engine have ,,, not been put in,,, there is a reason why the LS is so popular

Alright mate calm down. No one has said its a bad engine, it just looks very out of place in the engine bay and just having a quick look, it's not the neatest conversion

have a look in this months PBMW mag as there's another e30 LS conversion in there & that one does look pretty good vene if it is on "bags".

This and the red corvette plastic trims stick out a mile, without those trims it might be ok.

Its very good engine but i prefer bmw tech...anyway
