Hello
Was wondering if interior lights, grab handles inside, the round fuel cap, are common across all models?
I have a pre-facelift moredoor.

Generally, yes. ETK is your friend - look up a part number for your car, then enter that number into the "parts search" function, and it will tell you every model of BMW, not just E30s, that the part in question could have been fitted to.

Most bits like that can be surprisingly cheap new from Bmw still
