I bought a cheap one off eBay, it's stiff as a bishops dick. Hopefully it'll loosen up soon! It is good though, worth doing I'd say.

z3 1.9, the 2.8 version can be too short. Sweet mod.

been using the B & M short shifter for a few years now, no probs with it at all, not cheap at £130+ though.
