If he's a zoner, he'll be aware of the importance of a good rust check, so shouldn't object to you having a poke around before handing over all those notes.

If he's a zoner he should know it's not a "Motorsport edition".

Good conversation with this owner, but started volunteering info such as barely been driven in my ownership, it's sorn and needs serviced. All before I could ask a question, slightly disconcerting.

What is the new paint job hiding under the sideskirts too-?

With him giving that sort of info away, he must realize that you would want to have a proper poke around.. so I would still go and have a look with someone who knows what to look for etc. if you're not comfortable.

Sometimes things are too good to be true. That's tgree times in th last 2months I've seen full repsrayed M-Tech 325is for sale, for good money.

You wonder if folk are catching on to this to make cars look slick when in reality there are issues lurking.

Ideally after a silver or grey tech II with grey cloth interior

I've just had a look.its gone.
I saw the ad 3 days ago.
There's a red 323i tech1 on the same website.
That car has an m30 conversion.
It's a zoners car and is very very nice.
I think it's priced around 8k.
