Vents

On the out side at the bottom of the windowsceen there are plastic
Now is there anything out there like solid plugs or anything so I can swap the vents out ?

The problem, if you were to do that, is that the heater wouldn't get a sufficient supply of fresh air, and you wouldn't get any out of the dashboard air vents, which could make life awkward, particularly in winter when you need then for demisting.
I suppose you could fill up the vent slats with resin such as that used in glassfibre, then spray paint them, if you really wanted to.
