A16 NSF potential motorsport cab?

Spotted near the Chiswick high road roundabout, in W4. It was parked up on a sideroad just off the roundabout. Usual Macau blue, tech 2 kit and nagaro centres. Anyone know the car? Looked pretty clean from a distance.
