opps - temporally killed her car!

Driving to Karan's yesterday and noticed the temp gauge rising steadily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Got to Karan's and changed the top hose due to finding a very small tear in the under side of it, only to find the water pump spitting out just as much water as we where putting in!!!!
After keeping Karan and his Uni mate hanging around for a hour after they where supposed to leave for Bristol i managed to limp it to A1 BMW spares in Hertfordshire, after being relived a small sum of Ԛ£90 i had a new water pump,gasket,fluids,viscus fan and fan switch - i thought Sarah would go mad saying that i've managed to kill her car but, being the understanding person she is - she saw the mechanical side of the problem rather than the emotional side.
Big thanks to Karan + his mate as well as Ad's + Al at A1 BMW spares
Moral to this story is - find yourself a woman who knows her stuff when it comes to cars and leave her to drive it rather than robbing it yourself LOL.
