I take it you fitted a complete set of second hand locks, complete with keys, that had been removed from a car that had been broken?
Unless you can get hold of the VIN of the car that the locks came from, (always a good idea when buying used parts) then BMW can't help you, and even then you'll come up against 'proof of ownership' problems, so they probably won't.
Don't know if a good locksmith could help, although I doubt if that would be cheap.
BMW sell lock rebuild kits for the driver's door, which includes the alloy L shaped piece on the rear of the barrel - a part that could probably do with replacing on your lock. If you remove the whole drivers door lock, then carefully butcher it so that you can extract the lock barrel complete, you will be able to analyse your key. Each of the 12 (?) tumblers has a number on it, so you will at least be able to represent your key as a series of numbers, which may enable you to get a key.
Alternatively, if you slide a new, uncut key into the extracted barrel, carefully filing the key sections may produce a key that you can have copied.

Do you have any spare BMW keys?
The door lock cylinders are reasonably easy to dismantle, with the cylinder in your paw and a key inserted, you will see which tumblers are sticking up.You may be lucky and be able to swap tumblers around to make the door locks work...but this will not solve the issue with the ign or boot lock.
However, with a dismantled lock,a locksmith should be able to cut you a new key,by inserting a blank key and cutting it to suit your lock.
