How happy am I (M52 Powered)

Finally!!!!!!!!!!

These are both the same clip, just in different formats:

Its been a long time coming but finally got there. Still a long way to go but its all good :D:D:D

what engine size?

and what power/torwue more importantly can we expect from this beast?

Its a B28 mate.

Standard is 193BHP and 207 Lb/Ft. I have done a few simple mods so hoping for about 200bhp when its on the road to start with.
I am hoping no bore wear issues dude!

hopefully it was replaced in its earlier life! so has steel liners

not sure if there is any way of telling?

what mods did you do to it...the 325 inlet manifold makes a big difference apprently.

sounds great Andy you must be well pleased with that :D

it'll go very very well with just the m50 mani conversion, m52s don't need anything else to make very good power, don't know why everyone's asking what mods it has!

Very nice! I take it you dont have an exhaust manifold on there yet?

(Quicktime plays MP4 files too - your getting text when you click on the link right click save as instead then load from your desktop)

Cheers guys, its pretty standard at the moment, running on M50 ECU with M50 inlet manifold. Plans include just simple things now like a decent air intake and exhaust and see where it goes from there :D

ouch, i want one like that so much it hurts. How much should i be looking to buy a m52 for? is yours single or double vanos? what other mods are you doing (if any) to cope with the increase in power and torque? Congratulations mate!

Mine is single vanos, (M52) the M52TU was used later and was double vanos :)

As for chassis mods everything is going, I have already done the E36 rack conversion (almost!) Next will be the brakes and suspension

Need to find an LSD but not sure what yet
