How do you tell the difference from a genuine 16 alpina alloy to a replica one

A genuine Alpina has Alpina stamped in the casting by the bolt holes, also the Alpina part number, number of spokes is different on rep wheels too.

Alpina rims have 20 spokes, whereas most replicas have 19. Also 16" Alpinas typically have a locking centre cap while replicas have a snap in cover, or one held on by an allen key.

Alpina 4x100 did come in 17" but extremely hard to find, made for the RLE (Z1)

Some rims say RONAL on the back of a spoke, down by the hub.
