More likely Mim 1900 copies (12 spokes) rather than Hartge (11 spokes). Sneaky suspicion they are made by Hagar.

They look pretty much the same as mine.

and some research I'm going with MIM 1900 reps. Even though the wheel bolts area are indented, everything else seems similar. I have caps for mine. Let me know if you find any more info on these, as I haven't been able to find much at all!

i was going to say MIMS but i thought MIm1900 had no centre cap. nice looking wheels though none the less.
