I am after a porsche part no. For 2.1mm dog ears
Also a part no. For the lsd clutches themselfs porsche or bmw or any other part aftermarket or otherwise
Any help , input , past experience would be appreciated

I am aware of rally prep in Cornwall
Who supply a pair of clutches and dog ears ( standard 2.0 mm) unlike porka 2.1
This costs £130 for 2x clutch 2x dog ears
I would need 2x kits

£260
This is before I try to source 2.1 porka dog ears
Or do I machine 3.8 or 3.6 mm use standard 2.0mm dog ears !
Try to find our cheapest solution to a improvement on a standard 25% lsd
Think I need a lie down my heads spinning

You can get away with re-using the dog ear plates. Just flip them so the new clutches run on the fresh side. If you're using four clutches, put them on the outer positions
Oh and D&T are the chaps to talk to for the new pates
