anybody know what a 1991 neon green cab is worth ?

i heard that there were only ever 50 made / registered in the uk?

a guy i know is wanting to get rid, i'm going to go take a look at it tomorrow, from what it sounds its been left in a garage for the past 5 years or so...
i think it may be a genuine turd & if its worth saving i may be tempted..

any thoughts ideas ?

They're 4-pot cabs in a Marmite colour; one of those cases where "rare" doesn't immediately mean "valuable".

By all means, buy it if the seller's giving it away, but it's not really worth any more than a normal cab.

Neon green is indeed a very rare colour, you are correct in saying that only 50 RHD examples were built.

This alone, however,is not a good enough reason to buy.
Buy only on condition,a rusty neon green cabbie is just that!
