Hey All...

First I would like to wish all a very happy and safe new year...

I have a little query, of what i have noticed members speak about here...the 323i doesnt appear too much...I mean the main models spoken about are the 318, 320 and 325...Does England get the 323i?

LMAO...

i see, there must be a smaller number there than here...cause 323i's are very plentiful here...

but a question begs to be answered as to why BMW would manufacture an engine 300cc more than its popular 2L...but less 200cc than the very versatile and powerful 2.5...does it breathe better like the 528 is to the 525?

or was it to evade taxes imposed on large capacity engines in europe...?

the 325i replaced the 323i so they weren't in production at the same time...so to answer the question, the 2.3 was only manufactured until the 2.5 was developed :D

Due to our harsh climate most 323s have disolved :D , alas there are still plenty of 320s !
