I do like bags on the right car and I love E30 M3's but the two should never mix, owning an M3 is all about enjoying the great handling and owning a true drivers car, bags will spoil all this leaving you with bit of a lame M3

Obviously the owner is not a driver or planning on using the car for any real driving experience.

And handling isn't any worse than standard. In fact it's better. Its done properly on performance air. Maybe not as good as coilovers in terms of handling but for practicality and the novelty its better. A perfect compromise for me.

Regarding value. This isn't a for sale thread. If I intend to sell it (which I highly doubt) it will go back to standard suspension.

its got a hell of alot better over the years I'll give you that, air ride a few years back was like driving a car with marshmallows for wheels. Despite the fact its got better it still has no place on a proper drivers car its still just for show/showing off

get it right we are talking an E30 M3 here, had it just been an E30, even a sport I'm sure hardly anyone would have had a bad word to say other than the huge OE homo's

An air ride/ super suspension set up is ideal if ya live in southampton.

I know what you mean, the only experience I've had so far with air suspension is a 80something Buick, not a sport car either given the proportions.

I know a few Dub guys and yes the air suspension has got better but already expressed here it's still not good enough for a sports car.

Not only is air suspension about as useful as a carpet fitters ladder, you'll look like a right pleb with that air compressor screaming away constantly refilling itself.
