Hi guys looking for classic car insurance but when I put all my details in its more expensive than my every day insurance??

I've tried footman James and cant mind other one?

Just wanted to know what you guys use if your doing classic car insurance?

All boxes are ticked like garaged 3 to 4 k miles a year only use car for pleasure/weekends

Just to give you the quotes I was getting standard insurance is around £250 a year footman james quoted me £680 don't get it?

Any good insurers that you have used or recommend would be great thanks

Try quidco compare, I got mine via there comparision site, it ended up being with Lancaster but after cashback it was under £100 for the year.

Sureterm also do very cheap classic insurance, but you will need to be over 25, have a clean record, garaged and under 5K miles per year. Also has to be a 2nd car.

You need to have your e30 declared as your 2nd car. Or it will be insured at the same price as modern cars.!
