It is regularly parked outside the Abergeldie Bar on Holburn Street.

I assume you're staying at the Station if you're talking about Bridge Street.
No, not mine. Where I see it parked regularly is a mile or so from Bridge Street.

Yes, seems to look pretty good. Apart from mine and that one the only other one I see is a maroon-ish red saloon on an E plate.

Not seen that one either. There are very few on the road in Aberdeen.
What end of town are you at? Can't remember the last time I saw an E30 in Aberdeen TBH.
