Looks interesting, over 100k on the clocks not sure of the condition as pictures never show the whole truth.

As a UK car from new it will DEFINATELY not be rust free !

It's lowered, no bumper tape, nasty exhaust and no side repeaters indicate replacement wings and a friendly / stupid MOT tester.
It's at the bottom of the price range for an Evo 2 so it will undoubtably have issues, as they all do
Give Geoff Weekes a buzz, he is the owner of ETA and he may give you an unbiased rundown on the turd. As ever, you need to go and have a look.

What do you think the turd is worth pete

A thought after Pete's comment being a UK car from the start and not having any side repeaters could mean change but who changes something that is not broken.
Pete is this one you seen in previous years?

How long is a piece of string ?
Most of these cars are restoration projects but the sellers think they have the crown jewels.
DTM zaust and lowered usually equals rolled arches
It is amazing how quick 10 bags can disappear when you start digging and are fussy .

10bags worth of restoration once you start stripping is just the start of the problem.

Car in question 22.5 plus 10k to restore makes it a 32k turd

Like I said 10k restoration is just the start, could end up costing more and plus the amount of time needed to get the restoration done is a whole different story.
Could head towards Sport Evo money.... Like Pete said how long is a piece of string.
