Successfully bid for a pair of fog lights (one of mine has a cracked lens), then the delays began.

First the seller said " family problems, apologised for the delay and they would be posted that day"

Then after further delays he said he gave them to a family member to post. More delays.

Now he has made a full refund.

He obviously refused to sell at the winning bid!

say you want the lights and not the refund so refuse it.

There's absolutely nothing you can do other than leave negative feedback. eBay can't force someone to sell something.

Had similar a couple of weeks back with an e36 bumper. I 'won' it, seller says its been lost then realists it with a buy it now price. The annoying thing is his buy it now is very reasonable, and actually more than my highest bid was in the first place, but because he's been a dick I'm not going to buy it.

That sucks man :/ I'm having a problem on the other side at the moment myself - Sold an item about a week ago, no payment or contact from the buyer at all, very frustrating, as in the meantime i have an item i can't really relist and no money for it - Always feels a bit like i'm on the side of the ebay rules that are more lenient on the other party!! Yet i keep going back to it - Glutton for punishment ha.

Im pretty sure you can still leave feedback if the transaction has been canceled and refunded.

That was me on Ebay. Yes i have had family problems in the last week, a death actually which delayed the posting of the fogs. I then asked my wife to post it for me when i went to see my family, having 2 young kids and no car she was unable to go to the post office so when i got home lastnight i just refunded you, done with it. Still wrapped up up with you're address on it in the hallway.

Not a close death so have tried to crack on but at times couldn't be bothered,

I have not stopped my life but the last week can't be bothered to do stuff, apologies. Even made a few excuses to zoners wanting to collect parts these past few days as i wasn't up for it.

Not trying to do 1 over you or anything, just got home lastnight found out they were still there, bit of a barney with the mrs so i just refunded you. Again i apologise, can post them to you minus delivery charge for the aggro.

As the originator of this post sunny it looked a " cop-out" from my point of view.
