They are stiffer than the stock hydralic ones...much better throttle response as well. Another plus is that they go for $30 per!! These would the E28 5 series.

They do require a bit of trimming though to fit properly. if you want more info i think i can find a link on another forum describing the advantages.

Hey 8383,

Welcome! You're not the only North Amuurican on the board. There's one or two more of us kicking around.

Here's a quick translation guide to make it easier to communicate with the E30 Zoners :wink: :wink:

Cills = Rockers
Wings = Fenders
Bonnet = Hood
Hood = The door that covers a soft top when it's down (I think)
Petrol = Gas
Kilometer = 0.8 Miles
Banger = Delicious breakfast sausage

And for everyone else on this board, in case you're wondering, those things you see on 8383's bumpers--those rectangular glowing red and orange things--we call them side marker lights. :D

:lol:

A banger to me is a crap car!

In the UK, we are in miles too, so your OK there, it's the rest of Europe that's in KM.

Spanking = driving really fast as in "im just taking the car out for a spank" (also see hoon)

kilometer = 0.6 mile
as in
