Hi All
New to the e30 zone....been messing around with golf ect for years, but now have a325 touring for a giggle
could some one explain the wheel offsets to me? I bought some bbs wheels off a e36 5x120 only to find out that adapters are an issue.
So have trawled the net and know that i can now use e36 m3 front struts and rear trailing arms from a compact
or parts from an e28 but i may need spacers??
So im just trying to clarify what i will need to get together before i take my car to bits as its a daily
Thanks
Alan

8380 Laboratories do an adapter thats as little as 18mm wide, you'd need an offset in the 40's to get the wheel sitting where you want it.
What wheels have you got? There's lots of nice 4stud wheels out there tbh

The wiki information is correct. Any other combination of E36 parts will not give you the correct geometry. Once you have fitted all the stuff though, you shouldn't need spacers to run E36 offset wheels.
Note that this is a bloody expensive undertaking though and a full weekend's work at the very least. If you're not having luck with adapters, best bet is to sell the wheels on and get some in 4x100. It will save you a bomb.
